Application legality in France

The aesthetic application of a tooth gem (surface bonding on enamel, with no intervention on the tooth structure itself) does not fall under medical monopoly and may be performed by any trained person. Removal, on the other hand, is reserved for licensed dentists, as it may require specific dental tools. Our training covers only the application step, in compliance with current French regulations.

We strongly recommend that all our students who practice professionally take out Professional Civil Liability insurance (€100-250/year) covering aesthetic in-mouth activities.
