Certificate and legal framework
The certificate issued is a private training certificate: it confirms completion of the Ma Formation Strass course, but is not a state-recognized diploma and the course is not eligible for French CPF funding. In France, applying tooth gems requires no medical prerequisite; removal, however, is reserved for licensed dentists. Email support is included during and after the training.

Legal framework in France — peace of mind.
Tooth gem application (cosmetic, with no intervention on the healthy tooth) does not fall under the medical monopoly in France. You can work as a freelancer or be employed by a studio. Removal, however, is reserved for dental surgeons.
⚠️ Beware of fraudulent CPF practices. On moncompteformation.gouv.fr, no tooth gem application training is listed — you can verify this yourself with a simple search. No training provider holds a CPF certification for this activity.
If a provider claims their training is CPF-eligible, they are actually using a different training code (management, communication, teeth whitening, eyelash extensions, aesthetics training, etc.) to push the funding through. This practice constitutes CPF fraud, punishable under article L. 6323-13-1 of the French Labour Code — for the trainer as well as the beneficiary, who risks reassessment and prosecution. Always check on moncompteformation.gouv.fr before any payment.
How long does the training course take?
The training course comes with unlimited access from the moment of purchase. Allow 4 to 6 hours to go through the PDF and videos, then 5 to 10 practice applications before working on a client. For this practice, you will need to add a practice jaw to your order, sold separately (not included in the kit). You learn at your own pace.
Is the certificate state-recognized?
It is a professional competency certificate issued by our specialized institute. It proves your ability to apply tooth gems, which is sufficient in France to work as a freelancer or be employed by a studio. It is not a state diploma.
Is the training course CPF-eligible?
No, tooth gem application is not CPF-eligible in France to date — no tooth gem training is officially registered with the RNCP. To make the training accessible, we offer payment in 3 or 4 interest-free instalments with Alma or Klarna from €100 — that is less than €75 per month over 4 months.
Can I apply tooth gems on clients after the training?
Yes. Tooth gem application (cosmetic, with no intervention on the healthy tooth) does not fall under the medical monopoly in France. Removal, however, is reserved for dental surgeons as it may require dental tools and expertise. Our training course covers application only, in line with the regulations.
