Returns and refunds
14 days to change your mind
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item, without giving any reason. You can ask for an exchange for another item from our store or a refund.
Conditions
- Item new, unused, in its original packaging
- Not in contact with the mouth (hygiene rule)
How to return an item
Before sending anything back, email us at maformationstrass@gmail.com with your order number. Return address: I & G, 19 boulevard Carabacel, 06000 Nice, France.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked shipping method.
If the item you received is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, the return is at our expense: please contact us before sending it.
Refund
Once we have received and checked the item, and no later than 14 days after your request, we refund you using the payment method used for the purchase. If you return the whole order, the standard shipping fee is refunded too.
Course, kit, guide and videos
- Application kit: refundable within 14 days, under the conditions above (return shipping paid by the customer).
- Course, PDF guide and videos (downloadable products), sold on their own or in a bundle: not refundable once access has been activated, as we have no way of taking them back.
- Kit + course bundle: only the kit is refundable.
Any customs duties remain payable by the customer.
